#Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.Oversee the daily management and optimization of paid media campaigns.Lead, mentor, and coordinate the efforts of the Meta Ads Specialist and Google Ads Specialist.Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend tracking.Conduct A/B testing for ad creative, copy, and targeting to improve performance.Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling ad creative and messaging.Stay updated on changes to advertising platform algorithms, features, and best practices.Report campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to the Director of Marketing.Ensure compliance with advertising policies and industry regulations.#Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ad management and analytics tools.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.#Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in Google Ads and Meta advertising.Experience in telecommunications, internet services, or subscription-based marketing.Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing.#Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Return on ad spend (ROAS) for paid campaigns.Customer acquisition cost (CAC).Click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate metrics.Budget adherence and efficiency.Lead generation volume and quality. recblid 5jmoxys736uavtclt0on12c2kc0tf3
