Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Network Real Estate Specialist to manage critical telecommunications infrastructure projects and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and property owners to ensure successful project completion and regulatory compliance. Project Management: Drive multiple telecommunications real estate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Vendor Management: Assign and oversee site acquisition, A&E, environmental, and legal vendors; maintain weekly update calls and regular communications Project Tracking: Document project progress accurately in Fuze SPM, including milestone forecasting to prepare downstream teams Lease Negotiation: Manage lease negotiations within Telecommunication's prescribed leasing model, seeking management support when needed Financial Oversight: Handle purchase order management for vendors, validate task completion, and manage due dates for accurate spending forecasts Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with Telecommunication's regulatory team to ensure compliance with all applicable NEPA, FAA, and FCC requirements Communication: Facilitate deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in telecommunications real estate or related field Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure deployment processes System Proficiency: Experience working across multiple technical systems and platforms Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets effectively Vendor Relations: Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and third-party partners Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
