Bilingual Experienced Leasing Agent TOP PAY at The Sterling Apartment Homes NO REMOTE WORK - On site 8 hours a day (8:30am - 5:30pm OR 9:00am - 6:00pm shift due to property's needs) Sterling Personnel is looking for an energetic and outgoing professional Bilingual Spanish Leasing Superstar to show and lease apartments for several properties in North Dallas. 6 months to 1 year of previous leasing experience is preferred. Applicant must maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and be punctual and present. Strong sales experience is required, must be able to close! The position will pay $17.00 - $20.00 per hr. + bonuses, health insurance and PTO once the position becomes permanent. Responsibilities
Leasing agent is responsible for insuring the model" apartments and target apartments are ready for show; responsible for maintaining work areas and office in clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the curb appeal" of the property. Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies. Leasing agent is knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques. Applicant must have knowledge of current market conditions. Applicant must be fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and amenities of the property. The ideal individual will also need to be excellent at follow up and follow through. Applicant will maintain contact with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically. Applicant is responsible for shopping" competitive properties. Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals. Responsible to conduct out-reach marketing at least once per week. Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program under direction of Property Manager. Responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files. Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information. Applicant must be courteous and efficient in the handling of resident requests and complaints. Qualifications
Must be bilingual (Spanish) and able to communicate effectively with residents and prospects. 6 months to 1 year of leasing experience preferred. Excellent sales skills with ability to close deals. Knowledge of current market conditions, rental rates, sizes, locations and property amenities. Professional appearance, positive attitude, punctuality and reliability.
