Commercial Lines Account ManagerPosition OverviewSeeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, servicing a diverse book of business, and ensuring clients receive timely and professional support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle accounts from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesManage a book of commercial lines accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, claims, and policy changes.Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and offering coverage recommendations.Collaborate with producers and colleagues to support client needs and contribute to new business opportunities.Review policies, certificates, and related documentation for accuracy and communicate effectively with clients.Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations to ensure clients receive the most appropriate coverage solutions.Assist with claims support and follow-up with carriers as needed.QualificationsHolds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.Several years of experience in commercial lines account management within an agency or brokerage setting.Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.Proficiency with agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Completion of 2 years of college coursework or possession of an industry-specific designation is preferred.Prior client service experience preferred.Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.#LI-KD1
