Job Summary

The Dean of Student Life will provide visionary and strategic leadership for student engagement at Tulsa Community College. This role requires a data-informed approach to student program development, adaptive technological skills, and a deep commitment to student development. The Dean will oversee campus life operations, student clubs and organizations, and champion initiatives that foster belonging, leadership, and personal growth. Essential Duties

Collaborate with faculty, academic leadership, and student services to integrate co-curricular learning opportunities into the campus experience.

Design, implement and oversee campus-wide student activities, including leadership development, civic engagement, and cultural events.

Responsible for the oversight and daily operations of Student Life offices on each campus, ensuring consistency in service delivery, program quality, staff development, and campus-based student support.

Travel across campuses and build site-specific programming while maintaining institutional consistency and compliance.

Develop and program relevant to leadership development, student government initiatives and community events that foster a sense of belonging.

Collect, analyze, and apply student engagement data and campus climate feedback to shape strategic decisions. Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, Leadership, or a related field. Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.

5 years experience in leading student engagement initiatives and supervising teams. Preferred Qualifications

7 or more years progressively responsible leadership in student affairs/student life, preferably in a multi-campus community college setting. TCC values our employees by providing a benefit package as a significant component of your compensation package.
