Integration Development
Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and RaaS. Develop and troubleshoot using Java, XSLT, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs. Manage SFTP, endpoint configurations, security keys, and file transmissions. Handle complex data transformations and real-time or batch integrations with systems such as: ADP Payroll Oracle Fusion Entra ID Motivosity Skillsoft Syndio ServiceNow LMS Convey Fundraising platforms Support both inbound, outbound, and lateral integrations, including API testing and documentation standards across platforms like ServiceNow and MSFT Convey. Begin incorporating AI tools for content creation and automation where applicable. Experience with UiPath is a plus, especially for automating processes that arise ad hoc. Functional knowledge & configuration awareness: Understand configuration logic across Workday modules: Core HCM Compensation (Incentives, Merit, Bonus, Plans, Guidelines) Recruiting Talent (Skills Cloud, Succession, Career Hub) Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Payroll (including outsourced models like ADP) Troubleshoot and optimize: Business processes Eligibility rules Calculated fields Custom report dependencies Collaborate with HRIS and functional SMEs to align technical builds with business rules Functional knowledge of modules such as LMS, Talent Acquisition, School Engagement, Background Check, and Incentive Compensation Testing, Documentation & Compliance: Lead test cycles including Unit, Regression, and UAT Create detailed documentation: data mappings, config-impact charts, testing scripts Support audit and compliance needs through proper logging and traceability Maintain documentation standards for API integrations across systems Collaboration & Leadership: Represent the integrations team in cross-functional initiatives Liaise with vendors and internal teams (HR, Cybersecurity, IT) Mentor junior analysts or developers as needed Partner closely with HR/business teams to ensure alignment between technical and functional requirements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
