Service Operations Administrator - Corporate I
The Service Operations Administrator - Corporate is responsible for internal support and helping external customers. This consists of data entry, work order management, and customer support through email and phone calls. Responsibilities Include:
Accurately creating and updating asset profiles, work orders and service tickets Reviewing and processing documents from customers to ensure contracts are complete and correct Working with technical teams to quickly resolve customer service issues Supporting compliance with medical equipment management programs Following month-end processes and timelines to support customer needs and business goals Helping with data entry and quality control of information entered to ensure accurate tracking of revenue and expenses Rotating on-call schedule is part of this position, otherwise typical schedule is Monday - Friday / day hours / full-time position. Qualifications:
03 years of administrative or related experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to write clear, professional emails and accurately document actions and notes in the tracking system Team player who supports both internal and external customers Flexible schedule to meet customer needs Willingness to learn and grow professionally Good time management and ability to stay organized Physically able to sit, stand, lift, bend, and stoop throughout the day This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position. Minnesota Pay Range for All Locations Listed: $19.54 - $30.45 This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors. Dependent on the position offered, short-term and/or long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation.
