Compliance Manager
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead our regulatory compliance efforts and maintain adherence to industry and environmental standards. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Supporting Quality Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Compliance Manager will monitor evolving regulations, implement company-wide compliance programs, and assist the Supporting Quality Department as needed. Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance program, policies, and procedures related to quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Lead internal and external audits, including ISO, customer, and certification audits Monitor and interpret changes in relevant regulations; update internal policies and processes accordingly Oversee documentation control and ensure accuracy of compliance records Provide training to staff on compliance-related topics including regulatory changes and best practices Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for compliance issues Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure adherence to applicable standards across the manufacturing process Support and maintain ISO and other certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IPC standards) Manage incident reporting and investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH) and support sustainability initiatives Review and approve supplier quality and compliance documentation Ensure ongoing ITAR/EAR export compliance and support related procedures Prepare reports and present compliance metrics to leadership Act as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and customer compliance inquiries Promote a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement across all departments Other Duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field required; certifications in ISO, compliance, or audit preferred Minimum 5 years of compliance or quality management experience in electronics or PCBA manufacturing required Experience with ISO standards, IPC-A-610, RoHS, REACH, ITAR, and regulatory audits preferred Ability to stand, walk, and work in a production environment as needed Reasons You Should Work For Us:
