We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal with 4-5+ years of legal experience to support our legal team in complex case management and advanced legal functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures, independently manage caseloads, and provide high-level support to attorneys in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all phases of case preparation, discovery, and trial. Draft complex legal documents, including motions, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence. Conduct in-depth legal research and factual investigations to support case strategy. Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and other legal documents. Manage large volumes of documents and maintain detailed, organized case files. Coordinate and manage deadlines, court filings (state and federal), and docketing. Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, depositions, and client meetings as needed. Liaise with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors. Mentor and support junior paralegals or legal assistants as needed. Qualifications: 4-5+ years of Paralegal experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw preferred Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Bachelors degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate).
