Commercial Lines Associate Account ExecutiveCompensation PackageBase Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience)Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.Position SummaryA Commercial Lines Associate Account Executive is needed to support account management and servicing responsibilities. This role requires independent judgment and discretion, contributing to the department's success in Commercial Lines. Candidates must hold an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Executive in maintaining strong retention of an existing book of businessReview policies and endorsements, request changes from carriers as neededAct as the first point of contact to resolve client billing issues and respond to coverage inquiriesManage invoicing, endorsements, and maintain accurate system recordsPrepare specifications and applications for marketing renewals and new businessTrack open client items to ensure deadlines and deliverables are metIdentify exposures to loss and recommend appropriate coverage in collaboration with the Account ExecutiveOrder and issue binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, audits, and related documentsPrepare summaries of insurance, schedules, and supplemental applicationsParticipate in renewal strategy, marketing, and carrier negotiationsCoordinate with Account Executive and team on billing and financingAttend client and prospect meetings as needed, and assist with proposalsDevelop and maintain strong carrier and market relationshipsProvide mentoring and training support to junior team members as applicableQualificationsBachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience, or 5+ years of insurance experience preferredHolds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance licenseStrong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting proceduresProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management softwareExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a teamDisclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.#LI-JL1
