Customer Quality Engineer

Handle customer complaints and corrective actions for major automotive OEMs Work on non-conformance reporting and preventative actions Collaborate with site level leaders to understand quality issues, work through containment and validation Report out to leadership groups on site and at different sites to ensure alignment on customer quality Involvement in ISO9001 audits Work through root causes analysis and general problem solving with methods like 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, and more MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
