As a Real Estate Specialist with the Development Team, you will assist in supporting relationship-building efforts with donors, prospects, and community partners. This role will have, on average, 5 hours a week but may vary. This role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in real estate-related activities connected to the University's advancement initiatives. You will participate in a variety of tasks that may include donor engagement, property-related research, and special projects designed to connect you with industry professionals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
Help assist with donor outreach and engagement initiatives. Participate in property visits, walkthroughs, or virtual tours as needed. Support research and data collection related to real estate opportunities. Attend select meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions. Contribute to project documentation, tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with team members on outreach and prospecting activities. Provide logistical or administrative support for real estate-related events or site visits. Help maintain positive relationships with donors and community contacts. Perform other duties as assigned. Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or Master's program. Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student. Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
Pay rate: Minimum Wage
