General Liability Claims Adjuster
to join our clients team. If you have experience managing liability claims and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! Salary/Benefits $75,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience) Full medical benefits 7 paid company holidays 3 floating holidays Unlimited PTO Responsibilities Manage a caseload of general liability claims from inception to resolution. Conduct thorough investigations, including obtaining statements, reviewing evidence, and analyzing damages. Determine coverage, liability, and compensability under applicable policies and regulations. Collaborate with claimants, attorneys, and other parties to negotiate settlements. Set and maintain appropriate reserves based on claim evaluations. Requirements Bachelors degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience handling general liability claims. Strong knowledge of insurance policy interpretation, claims investigation, and legal principles. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines. Seniority level:
