The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next

Customer Service Advocate

located at Napleton's Chevrolet of Wayzata, the

Customer Service Advocate

isresponsible for making the customer experience the best that it can be when working with us.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is affiliated with over 25 brands of new vehicles and 50+ dealerships throughout seven states. Our strength comes from the more than 3,500 employees nationwide.

Potential pay starting for this role will be $19/hour.

Job Duties:

Conduct outbound calls, giving customers updates on their vehicle

Assist with resolutions for customer complaints

Contact customers regarding satisfactions surveys

Contact customers regarding their survey scores

Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner. * Handle customer complaints diplomatically

Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.

Job/Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent-

required

2+ years of customer service experience -

preferred

Excellent oral communication skills-

required

Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel-

required

18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy-

required
