Criminal Defense Attorney

CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYER (NYC) ten-lawyer NYC immigration and criminal defense law firm seeking an experienced criminal attorney. Ideal candidate would have worked several years either as a criminal prosecutor, assistant district attorney or legal aid / public defender, criminal defense attorney in NY or NJ, or immigration defense attorney or immigration prosecutor (DHS trial attorney). Must be NY licensed, have car, drive and be able to hit the ground running from day one. If experienced in criminal defense, must be willing to learn some immigration; of course, experienced immigration lawyers must be willing to learn some criminal defense. Excellent salary commensurate with experience. Must be willing to work hard and learn the business side of the practice and the practical and rewarding side of defending good people charged with a crime.
