Overview
Title : Senior Associate - SharePoint Administration & Knowledge Management Specialist Location : Columbus, OH or Plano, TX The Senior Associate will be a key member of the Knowledge Management team, specializing in SharePoint administration and knowledge strategy execution. This role demands a SharePoint site expert who will serve as the organizational Site Librarian, responsible for workflow design, site management, and firmwide project execution, while also supporting broader knowledge management initiatives. Job Responsibilities
Act as the SharePoint Librarian, overseeing SharePoint Administration for CTPO, including site creation approvals and inventory management. Design and implement workflows and forms using Power Platform to enhance site functionality. Lead firmwide SharePoint initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage entire site collections, ensuring data classification, security, and record management. Perform annual recertification and maintain records of site ownership and classification codes. Serve as the primary contact for site-related inquiries and issues. Support the transition to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless migration and integration. Manage large migrations of assets stored locally on SharePoint sites, shared drives, and desktops, providing project scoping, planning, and analysis throughout the migration lifecycle. Execute BAU knowledge management tasks, maintaining content repositories and strategies. Utilize ServiceNow for knowledge article creation and management, acting as a Knowledge Author and Admin. Collaborate with SMEs to revise and create Knowledge Articles that reflect current processes. Manage user access and permissions for knowledge tooling (SharePoint, ServiceNow, etc.). Prepare status reports and business review reports, providing insights to management. Balance conflicting demands, escalating issues related to workload and processes as needed. Advanced proficiency in SharePoint tools and design, including legacy workflows and forms. Coding skills in HTML/CSS/Java, with a focus on improving systems and processes. Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Analytical skills for structured content management. A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for enhancing systems and processes. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, managing multiple priorities with high quality.
