Our Southeast Environmental team seeks an Environmental Scientist to join as a
Senior Environmental Project Manager . You will provide consulting services on various environmental projects across industries, develop strategies for compliance, prepare technical documents, and design solutions for environmental hazards, including waste treatment and site remediation. Responsibilities
Conduct research and analyze data to identify key themes and trends. Create engineering drawings to support project implementation. Design engineering solutions, ensuring they meet regulatory standards. Monitor health, safety, and environment KPIs, and implement improvements. Recommend technical developments to enhance project outcomes. Develop personal capabilities through training and professional development. Develop product specifications and testing procedures. Manage technical troubleshooting projects. Participate in research programs. Deliver small to medium-sized projects within established plans. Manage waste reduction, segregation, compliance, storage, transport, and disposal. Manage relationships with small clients and support senior colleagues with larger clients. Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science. 15+ years in contaminated site investigation and remediation. Experience managing environmental projects from investigation to remediation. Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt quickly. Strong communication skills. Licensed PE or PG with soil and groundwater remediation experience. Current OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER training. Excellent technical writing skills. Ability to work independently and in teams.
