Responsibilities
What You'll Do •Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and parenting cases with empathy and skill. •Collaborate with teammates (attorneys, paralegals, client specialists) who actually collaborate. •Negotiate and litigate when needed, always keeping client outcomes at the center. •Stay organized and efficient with the help of Modern Law's advanced systems. •Participate in our Pro Bono Day Programs.
Qualifications
What You Bring •Licensed Arizona Family Law Attorney or Legal Paraprofessional (LP). •3+ years of family law experience (preferred). •Confident managing 25+ active cases, from dissolution to custody disputes. •Strong litigation, client management, and communication skills. •Collaborative, detail-oriented, and ready to try new approaches. •A fearless, client-centered advocate who thrives in a modern legal environment.
Compensation & Benefits • Salary : $125,000+ DOE, plus bonuses. • Benefits : Health, dental, vision, PTO, bar dues, CLEs, student loan/education support. • Flexibility : Hybrid/WFH options built in. No clock-watching, no pointless office politics. • Growth : Mentorship, leadership opportunities, and partnership tracks. •Modern Tech: Ditch the old desktops. Every team member works with Macs and a $1,500 annual tech budget to design their ideal setup. •Paid holidays, floating holiday, and PTO that grows with you-because balance isn't optional, it's essential. 31 paid days off per year in years 1-3.
