We are hiring a passionate and organized EducationCoordinator to lead Comos CARES (Connection, Access, Reach, Engagement, Storytelling) team and manage a wide range of mission-driven programs that support conservation education and community engagement. In this position, youll play a key role in developing and sustaining partnerships, managing logistics, and supporting programs and initiatives that center empathy, accessibility, and impact.
Here's what you can expect to do: Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and tracking progress. Collaborate with internal and external partners to co-create and deliver high-impact programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and other stakeholders. Support programming that is welcoming, accessible, and tailored to the needs of diverse audiences. Increase outreach and engagement with underserved communities across Minnesota. Must possess a valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License, or equivalent out-of-state driver's license.
