high-performing, enterprise-level B2B sales executive
who can manage the
entire sales cycle
, from prospecting and initial outreach, through solution mapping and deal closure, to ongoing account management and expansion. Prospect and generate leads via cold calls, networking, LinkedIn, events, and referrals. Engage C-level executives, procurement, IT, sustainability, and operations leaders. Conduct discovery to deeply understand client needs, challenges, and ESG objectives. Build tailored proposals and solution strategies that address compliance, security, and sustainability requirements. Manage multiple complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding quota. , from prospecting and initial outreach, through solution mapping and deal closure, to ongoing account management and expansion. Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales
Prospect and generate leads via cold calls, networking, LinkedIn, events, and referrals. Engage C-level executives, procurement, IT, sustainability, and operations leaders. Conduct discovery to deeply understand client needs, challenges, and ESG objectives. Build tailored proposals and solution strategies that address compliance, security, and sustainability requirements. Manage multiple complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding quota. Account Management & Growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients to encourage renewals, upsells, and referrals. Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure flawless project execution. Sustainability Advocacy
Educate clients on environmental and compliance benefits of sustainable IT asset handling. Stay informed on IT hardware life cycles, resale markets, and recycling best practices. Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills Enterprise-level B2B sales
experience (2+ years) with
full-cycle deal ownership
, prospect to close to account management. Track record of
quota achievement
in complex, solution-based sales ( IT services, or electronics recycling/ITAD). Ability to navigate multi-step sales processes with multiple decision-makers on both technical and business sides. Strong pipeline management skills; comfortable managing several active opportunities at once. Proven ability to deliver compelling discovery, solution mapping, and closing presentations. Comfortable cold calling, networking, and generating leads from scratch. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and a team-oriented mindset. Preferred Background in IT asset disposition, technology resale, or electronics recycling.
