Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure quality standards are met. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and schedules. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays. Coordinate and oversee material deliveries and equipment usage on-site. Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project objectives. Ensure clear communication across all project participants to meet client expectations. A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: A proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish. 3+ years of commercial construction experience in Superintendent role Tenure in previous roles is a plus, especially where candidates have stayed through major project cycles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in construction. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel nationally to different project sites. Familiarity with construction software tools and technology (Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, etc.) What's on Offer

Competitive salary ranging from $86,500 to $115,500, depending on experience. Per diem package for housing/food allowance. 2-3 Weeks PTO + 7 holidays. 401K match 3% of base salary.
