Parker is seeking a Digital & IT Team Lead – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist who will be responsible for managing and implementing end-to-end solutions aimed at improving business processes. In this role, you will strategize and implement technology solutions that drive automation initiatives, enhance productivity, and streamline operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in operations, supply chain, and/or customer experience (CX) environments, complemented by extensive project management expertise. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent planning, collaboration, and communication skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and will be passionate about leveraging technology to foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end RPA lifecycle including process identification, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of automation solutions.

Collaborate with business leaders to map and analyze current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement before automation.

Develop and implement automation strategies aligned with business goals and risk management practices.

Establish performance metrics and monitoring frameworks to continuously improve system efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational priorities.

Drive change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize the impact of automation solutions.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration.

Communicate complex technical concepts and findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels through presentations and reports.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in RPA, data analytics, and cloud services.

Support development of data analytics and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements related to automation and IT systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or technology-related field of study

5+ years of experience in Agile project management: working with multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and coordinating with management and stakeholders.

7+ years of experience in implementing digital IT solutions, optimizing processes, or in related fields, with a robust background in digital solutions.

Independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing schedules.

Experience with data analytics tools and techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to maintain strong professional relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in area of expertise.

Ability to travel as needed.

Available for after-hours technical support as needed.

Skills

Leadership and team development: ability to mentor and guide automation developers and analysts.

Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical information for diverse audiences.

Expertise in RPA toolsets (Power Automate, UiPath, etc.) and automation best practices.

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and integration with automation solutions.

Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity principles.

Experience with OT and IoT technologies is desirable.
