Pratt Perks: Paid Holidays from DAY ONE Insurance benefits and wellness reimbursement program within ONE MONTH of hire 3 Months: 401(k) with match 12 months: FULL tuition reimbursement and PAID childbearing/parenting leave Position Summary: Work closely and effectively communicate with Brokers, CSR's to assist in external sales of materials to increase profitability and achieve plant/division goals. Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities: Coordinate 3rd Party movement from shipper to receiver to optimize service and efficiency. Coordinate shipments/pricing of fiber/non-fiber materials with Internal Broker. Initiate and follow through on all orders placed for material. Data Entry on 3rd Party loads, including brokerage, flatbed, roll-off and FEL within SAP and cieTrade software systems Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reconciliation on 3rd Party loads shipped within any given month. Communication with Corporate Accounting on any AR/Cash Application issues (may provide documentation). Compare/Analyze margin of 3rd Party transactions. Ensure revenue is captured within the month the load ships (key received weights timely). Follow all company policies per Employee Handbook & Code of Conduct. Follow all company safety guidelines. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Hiring Requirements/Preferences: Bachelor degree or experience to commiserate Customer Service experience in Recycling, Brokerage, Logistics cieTrade software preferred SAP software preferred Excellent Microsoft office skills Professional Attitude & conduct Multi-task, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management skills are needed. High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times. Willing to travel and work away from home when and if required. Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary. Strictly adhere to safety requirements and the policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist coworkers or supervisors with other duties as required. Be at least age 18 years of age due to nature of working environment. You will be expected to be flexible to the needs of our business, as we continually strive to meet and exceed the needs of our customers.
