The RN Epic Analyst is responsible for providing analysis, build, implementation, support, maintenance, development and coordination of activities of assigned applications and acts as a liaison between vendors, teams, customers and technical staff. Should be knowledgeable about policies, procedures, and operations in a healthcare setting. Participates in regular day-to-day communication with other project teams and works with vendors and SMEs to ensure the application build fits the organizations and community integration needs. Participates in the development of workflows, data collection and analysis, reporting, and other technical issues associated with the use of the application software. Participates in developing and documenting standard build procedures used with other vendor applications. Responsibilities

Analysis / Build: Participate in analysis, build, testing, documentation and implementation of optimization or projects related to informatics. Interact with customers to determine information needs and objectives; assess current workflows and application configurations; identify and document end user needs and requirements; build and test application software to meet identified needs; ensure a consistent project approach. Project Plan / Lead: Develop and maintain project plans; liaise with departments, technical staff and vendors; ensure timelines are realistic and within budget; monitor progress and provide formal status reports; escalate issues as appropriate. Maintenance: Ensure timely completion of routine maintenance; coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing; facilitate enhancement requests; act as day-to-day vendor contact. Change Control / Testing: Follow change control policies; create/update test scripts; document workflow and software changes; communicate changes to affected personnel; track issues to resolution. Training: Communicate changes to Trainers and end users; ensure training content is consistent; collaborate to create/update user materials and tip sheets. Problem Solving / Support: Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting; document, track and resolve incidents; coordinate with vendors; submit enhancement and system change requests; meet SLA metrics. Reporting / Dashboards / Data: Determine reporting needs; develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data extracts; ensure consistent reporting methods across applications. Qualifications

Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred Registered Nurse with Arizona or compact state licensure About the Organization
