Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes. Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card/cash transactions. Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that complaints or requests are handled timely and with sensitivity. Meets all in-service requirements, complies with all system policies and procedures. General administrative functions to include answer front desk main lines, respond to GXP, and track GSS and Trip Advisor scores. What you should bring to the table: High School Diploma 2 years' experience in hotel front desk desired Professionalism Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
