Description
SCI Engineering, Inc (SCI) is a multi-discipline firm offering a variety of services from the design development stage through construction. SCI has office locations in Missouri, Illinois, Texas, and Colorado and seeking a qualified Marketing Coordinator within the St. Louis, Missouri region. We specialize in Geotechnical, Environmental, Natural Resources, Cultural Resources and Construction Material Testing services. SCI is looking for a collaborative and passionate Marketing Specialist who can cover a variety of internal and external marketing needs, including but not limited to preparing Statement of Qualifications (SOQs), generating professional resumes, and composing outgoing marketing messages. This position requires collaboration with technical team members to develop content for proposal requests using graphic designing software and word processing programs. The successful candidate will also work closely with the business development and proposal team to generate various marketing and branding collateral (e.g. banners, promotional items, etc.) as well as maintain content for the companys website and social media efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop content for proposal and qualifications packages. Generate content for professional resumes. Assist with graphics, writing and proofreading. Develop social media content. Prepare collateral for supporting companys involvement in industry events. Maintain and update marketing materials. Embrace and implement brand standards. Ensure project photos are completed and ready for use. Qualifications
Requirements Excellent communication, writing and editing skills. Attention to detail. Self-driven creative thinker. Positive Attitude with excellent Listening, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills. Strong Collaborative Skills/Team-Player Mentality. Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with graphic design software (InDesign preferred) Desired Knowledge of photo and video editing. Technical Capacity MS Office Suite (i.e., Publisher, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the Adobe Suite of products Experience with social media sites including LinkedIn and Facebook. Related experience in the marketing and/or architect, engineering and construction (A/E/C) industry. Physical Demands Lifting of some light-weight packages and hiring-event display equipment.
