The hardhat. Must ensure that proper safety and work protocols are always being utilized by you and fellow team members. The chops. Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities needed. The details. Must be detail oriented and able to think through situations. The accountability. Responsible for quality of work, as well as proper maintenance of company vehicles and equipment. The education. High school diploma, or a combo of education, training, and experience. The drive. Must have a valid driver's license with no major violations. The test. Drug free is the way to be. Bonus Points

IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, and/or FSRT Experience with trauma/crime scene clean-up Experience with crawlspace encapsulation Knowledge and experience with Encircle and/or Xcelerate job management systems Physical Requirements

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Restoration 1 is an equal opportunity employer.
