Attorney Labor & Employment Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits
to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will be involved in transactional deal work, including employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transactions, and providing day-to-day advice on employee benefits (retirement plans, including ESOPs and welfare benefit plans) and executive compensation matters.
