Job Description
ECU Department of Student Affairs Technology Services (SATS) is currently seeking several Workstation Support Technicians to provide general IT and workstation support.
Duties will include regular workstation troubleshooting, setup, installation, maintenance, reimaging and application support. Technicians will support SATS' digital signage players, maintain hardware/software inventories, and assist departments with a variety of technology needs. Technicians will perform related tasks as assigned by supervisor while assisting workstation support for the division of Student Affairs. Student worker may be exposed to confidential information.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) Experience with computer hardware/software is a plus, but not mandatory. Some training will be provided. Must have current NC Driver's License. Employees will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week in this position.
