Dalworth Restoration is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager with a strong background in Biohazard Clean Up and asbestos abatement. The ideal candidate will manage environmental restoration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves overseeing field teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring the safe and efficient removal of asbestos and other hazardous materials.
We specialize in restoring residential and commercial properties after emergency situations caused by water damage, flood damage, mold damage, fire/smoke damage, and biohazard/trauma events.

Summary:
Assigns, coordinates, and supervises job scheduling. Coordinates requirements for the job, completes job files, supervises production, and coordinates jobs with crews. Monitors jobs from start to finish. Provides and communicates clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Establishes rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Responsibilities:
Responds to leads, diagnoses issues using industry software tools, estimates jobs, and signs contracts with clients. Manage and oversee environmental restoration projects focusing on asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and hazardous materials cleanup. Communicates with clients, insurance adjusters, environmental hygienists, testing personnel, etc., throughout the project. Sets up job scope and manages all aspects of the job from start to finish to ensure high-quality workmanship based on industry standards. Schedules technicians, subcontractors, and general laborers, and assists crew members as needed to ensure timely and accurate work completion. Approves invoices and billing, adjusts as needed, and assists with collections. Resolves problems promptly. Ensures demolition is complete, clean, and ready for rebuild. Manages job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiency. Trains and manages technicians and general laborers. Obtains permits and adheres to company practices, safety procedures, OSHA, and environmental regulations. Inspects the job and completes customer service surveys. Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including team-assisted lifts for heavier items. Sustained periods of standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, or climbing. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including environmental temperatures. Occasional space confinement and limited mobility. Qualifications/Experience:
3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial restoration, biohazard, and asbestos work. 3+ years of project management experience. Certifications in Asbestos Abatement, Biohazard, and Mold. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic computer and tablet skills. Willingness to work evenings, on-call, and weekends as needed. Availability to respond to emergencies at any time, 7 days a week. Pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check. Salary:
