Business Development Representative- SALES DEPARTMENT Porsche Audi Burlingamehas been family owned and operated since 1951. RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow up with hot leads via CRM communication- email, text and phone calls Generate 50+ appointments per month with a 65% show rate qualify prospective clients by handling all objections and using persuasion skills Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately Responsible for making outbound unsold follow-up calls Be available to respond to phone AND email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Meet and exceed goals each monthly and quarter REQUIREMENTS: No Experience necessary, Will train the right candidate Must be willing to work weekends and holidays except for New Years Day, Thanksgiving Dayand Christmas Day Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required Self-motivated and goal oriented Be able to work in a team environment Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment BENEFITS: Aggressive Starting Hourly + commission bonus for shown appts, converted sales Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid Vacation 401k Plans
