Payrate: $19.70 - $19.70/hr. Summary: We are seeking an entry-level professional to join our team. This role does not require a degree or mastery of skillsets. Candidates will receive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to learn the business and grow within the organization. Responsibilities: Provide customer service support in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment. Perform basic data entry, upload files, and manipulate data as needed. Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, to support daily tasks. Requirements: Customer service background. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Ability to handle data entry tasks and manage files effectively. Tech-savvy and adaptable to dynamic work conditions. Preferred Qualifications: Prior call center experience. Exposure to SAP (not required; can be taught). Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $19.70 - $19.70/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
