Lilly USA, LLC seeks a Strategic Account Lead (P4 - P4-2) to drive operational strategic planning and execution in alignment with global brand strategy. Connect brand strategy to execution using a global content-first strategy. Advise brand teams on capacity and resource utilization in a blended agency model. Achieve customer experience objectives by driving speed and efficiency throughout the promotional materials lifecycle. Provide training, coaching, and corrective actions to ensure brand team health across multiple parties involved in centralized content production. Collaborate with content operations leads and managers to ensure cohesive global and affiliate brand alignment. #LI-DNI Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field and 3 years of experience with brand project management within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience with account management, marketing, and omnichannel strategy; 2 years of experience with project and workflow management systems; 2 years of experience with managing new product launches and new indication line extensions; 2 years of experience with using market research data to interpret metrics and adjust strategic direction based on data; 1 year of experience with leading cross-functional governance meetings; and 6 months of experience with pull-through brand strategies.
