About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Growth and Consumer Experience to spearhead its revenue-driving efforts and lead the brand's expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven omnichannel growth strategy, with a focus on full-funnel management from customer acquisition to retention. This role demands a hands-on, cross-functional leadership approach, overseeing performance marketing, eCommerce, lifecycle, brand, and sales teams. The VP will be at the forefront of driving omnichannel growth, strengthening unit economics, and creating high-impact marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include setting and tracking growth targets, analyzing market trends, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sales and marketing teams.
Applicants for the VP of Growth and Consumer Experience role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
