Applicants for the Founding Dean position must hold a doctoral degree in a health science, behavioral science, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in health and/or behavioral sciences education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative role. The ideal candidate will be an effective relationship builder, with a proven track record in leading academic programs and a clear vision for the future of the school. The role is fully remote, and the company is dedicated to providing adult learners with the knowledge, skills, and practical strategies to enhance client and patient care.
