About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Membership to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive membership growth strategy, with a focus on outreach to physician groups engaged in value-based care. This role involves direct recruitment of members, monitoring recruitment efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure that members' needs are at the forefront of the organization's activities. The Vice President of Membership will also be tasked with designing and executing membership engagement strategies, including in-person and virtual meetings, and will work to maintain high levels of customer service and member satisfaction.
Applicants for the Vice President of Membership position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree or advanced degree, and at least 5 years of experience in a senior membership or engagement role within a value-based care provider organization, health plan, or similar setting.
