Move Forward with HireGenics! Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming materials and perform initial inspections. Process material receipts using SAP. Move materials to appropriate storage or production locations. Contact and follow up with vendors regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Maintain optimal inventory levels by tracking usage and placing orders as needed. Create or update material records in SAP. Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation in SAP. Issue materials to manufacturing through SAP transactions. Generate and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to warehouse functions. Ensure all activities and documentation comply with GMP standards. Collaborate with procurement to resolve purchase order and receipt issues. Qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including SAP use. Experience in a GMP-regulated environment required. Aseptic manufacturing experience preferred. Able to lift up to 30 pounds. Comfortable working in a confined, controlled environment. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
