As a Mechanical Assembler you will: Job Summary: The Assembly Technician performs a variety of skilled, repetitive assembly and cleaning tasks to produce high-quality products in a timely and efficient manner. This role follows detailed work instructions, drawings, and process documentation to assemble and modify production components, while supporting inventory and continuous improvement activities. Key Responsibilities:Perform mechanical assembly, rework, and modification using drawings and verbal instructions Utilize hand tools and machines (e.g., power screwdriver, clamp machine, heat gun) Identify and handle wiring using basic color codes Clean components prior to assembly as needed Participate in initial production runs for new products Assist with inventory handling and cycle counts Support team-based improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, organized workspace Complete all necessary documentation and reports Perform other duties as assigned This is a full time opportunity The ideal candidate will have: 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent training Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to accurately identify and distinguish colors Proficient in reading and interpreting work instructions and assembly drawings Familiarity with mechanical and electrical measuring tools and equipment Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and high performance standards Effective organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Adaptable and flexible with a positive, team-oriented attitude Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision Strong understanding of verbal and written instructions Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them consistently Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
