As a CMM Programmer you will: Write and revise control test procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and relevance to current processes Assist in the design and development of measurement procedures and testing methods Support the implementation and operation of testing equipment and machinery Perform testing and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications Set up and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) for inspection tasks Utilize precision measurement tools including height gauges, calipers, and micrometers Assist with the inspection of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for quality compliance Review and approve non-conformance reports (NCs) and Material Review Board (MRB) dispositions Analyze customer contract documents (e.g., purchase orders, specs, statements of work) to ensure product compliance with requirements Perform data analysis and reporting to identify quality trends and recommend updates to procedures or standards Initiate and support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, including root cause analysis and follow-up Enter and manage reason codes within the ERP system in alignment with Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) standards This is a full time opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Experience with OpenDMIS software for CMM programming and inspection Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM The ability to meet all customer hiring criteria requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 5 years of experience Experience in Machine Shop Manufacturing environment Proficient in CMM setup, operation, and programming Working knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001, AS9102, and FAR/DFAR documentation Familiarity with quality standards and inspection procedures, including IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and J-STD-001 (preferred) Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to create and maintain clear, detailed records and documentation Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; must be comfortable navigating and performing tasks within an ERP system Ability to work independently, stay focused, and perform effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with all levels of the organization Demonstrated customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Pay Rate: $28.00-32.00/hr+ *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
