Now Hiring: Manufacturing Technician Location: Londonderry, NH Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM Duration: 12-Month Full-Time Contract (with potential to hire) ️ What You’ll Do: As an Manufacturing Technician Your responsibilities will include: Assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements. Working knowledge of electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies Perform basic computer activities with programs provided Identify, utilize, and perform preventive maintenance on tools and test equipment. Demonstrate comprehension of engineering prints and schematics. Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and obtains quality inspection when appropriate Support Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures Apply considerable English language skills to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Apply considerable math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Cultivate a culture that assures effective cross functional team work Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedures Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values. Consistently at work and on-time. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience.
