We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and support our commercial building projects. Position Overview The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, technical expertise, job assessment, repair estimate, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in commercial facilities Perform preventive maintenance and system testing to ensure optimal performance Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend cost-effective solutions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company procedures Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to complete work on time Maintain accurate service records and work logs Qualifications Solid experience in commercial building HVAC systems (minimum 3–5 years preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety practices Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments Good communication and problem-solving skills Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment Preferred: HVAC Certification (EPA, NATE, or equivalent) State HVAC Technician License Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Career growth and training support Supportive team environment
