Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Consultant to support our Master Data Management initiatives by leveraging the Reltio platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing MDM solutions using Reltio, ensuring high data quality, governance, and integration across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions for customer, product, or other domain-specific data. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and define MDM strategies. Configure Reltio data models, workflows, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and data quality rules. Integrate Reltio with external systems using APIs, connectors, and data pipelines (ETL/ELT tools). Monitor and optimize performance of MDM processes and data pipelines. Provide guidance on Reltio best practices and data governance policies. Perform data analysis, profiling, and cleansing activities as needed. Troubleshoot issues and support testing and validation of MDM solutions. Participate in Agile development lifecycle including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Reltio MDM platform implementation and support. Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts, including data quality, hierarchy management, and data governance. Proficient in configuring Reltio data models, match/merge rules, and survivorship rules. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Reltio integration patterns. Experience working with cloud-based MDM solutions and SaaS platforms. Knowledge of data modeling and relational databases (SQL). Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi) and data pipeline creation. Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance requirements for master data. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Reltio Certification (e.g., Reltio Certified Professional or Architect). Experience with big data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and streaming technologies. Background in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail) with domain-specific MDM use cases. Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica Axon). Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
