Job Title: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant Location: Remote (Must work EST time zone) Visa: No Constraints Type: W2 Role Summary: HYR is seeking a Techno-Functional Oracle ERP Consultant to provide day-to-day production support across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Core Financials. The role is primarily functional (80%) with technical exposure (20%), requiring close collaboration with business users, finance, accounting, and procurement teams, as well as coordination with ERP developers and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and highly accountable, ensuring smooth business operations across multiple geographies (US, EU, Asia, LATAM). Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle EBS R12 modules in P2P, O2C, and R2R. Work directly with users to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with finance, accounting, and procurement stakeholders to gather requirements and refine processes. Prepare and update functional design documents, test scripts, and scenarios. Perform basic technical tasks (PL/SQL, API/XML understanding) to support functional work. Coordinate with ERP technical teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments. Follow SDLC and change management processes, including weekly progress tracking and reporting. Key Skills & Experience Oracle EBS R12 (8+ years hands-on experience) Core Modules Expertise: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C): Order Management, Accounts Receivable Record-to-Report (R2R): GL, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Time & Labor AGIS (Intercompany), Inventory Functional Expertise: Requirement gathering & functional specifications Configurations & setup Test script and scenario development Technical Exposure (20%): Basic PL/SQL (read/write) API/XML integrations (familiarity, not deep development) Process Knowledge: SDLC and change management best practices Weekly cadence with cross-functional teams Soft Skills & Expectations Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proactive, self-driven, and reliable; no micromanagement required. Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues.
