Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support ongoing data operations. This contract-to-hire role involves managing sensitive information, processing and analyzing data, generating reports, manipulating data in Excel, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment. About the Job: Retrieve, organize, and save client securities transaction and holding statements Reformat and manipulate data in Excel for import into databases Review upload reports, resolve anomalies, and ensure data accuracy Communicate with clients, banks, and internal teams to address data needs About You: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Strong Excel skills with ability to troubleshoot data formatting/import issues Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management Effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and tools This contract-to-hire opportunity is offering an hourly contracted rate of $16.00, and a permanent rate of $15.00 with a competitive benefits package.
