Associate, Trading with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Perform fundamental credit analysis of commercial real estate related assets/products, including Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans, loan securitizations, and derivatives thereof. Construct technical analysis for trade ideas related to commercial real estate products and macro credit and rates products. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related quantitative field and two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with: developing pro-forma cash flow models for single commercial real estate loans/assets including portfolios of related assets; reviewing and analyzing sub-market (“MSA”) level trends for occupancy, rent/expense, capitalization rates, and sale comps; perform regression data analytics on historical trading data, specifically related to the CMBS Index called “CMBX”; communicating technical risk issues with a wide range of stakeholders including in response to customer inquiries; and working with fixed income products including interest rate swaps, credit derivatives (credit default swaps (“CDS”), credit default swap indices, total return swaps (“TRS”)), exchange-traded funds (“ETF”) and derivates thereof.
