Housing Assistance Case Manager Pay: $21.60/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support housing applicants and residents with eligibility, intake, rent collection, and ongoing occupancy needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct eligibility screening, intake, and move-ins per ACOP policy. Collect and process rent payments, track delinquencies, and prepare reports. Complete resident re-certifications and income change updates. Issue lease violations, mediate resident concerns, and monitor property curb appeal. Conduct inspections (move-in/out, housekeeping, wellness checks). Maintain accurate records in Elite software and generate reports. Assist with resident events and provide customer service support. Prepare reasonable accommodation requests and support compliance with policies. Provide coverage for the Community/Assistant Manager as needed. Requirements High School Diploma/GED required. 2+ years of experience in case management, client services, or social work. Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License. Ability to walk large properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift 25 lbs.
