Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish & English) to serve as the primary liaison between PM AM Corp and its customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (200-300 daily), resolving inquiries, managing billing/credit concerns, processing reports, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to handle customer escalations while maintaining professionalism. Responsibilities: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner. Adhere to company call models using opening, messaging, and closing scripts. Provide one-call resolution for billing, credit, and service inquiries by offering solutions/alternatives. Process false alarm reports, payments, permits, billing, cancellations, and returned mail. Respond promptly to emails, voicemails, and customer requests with a sense of urgency. Perform collections activities while ensuring compliance and customer care standards. Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when applicable. Accurately maintain call logs, records, and CRM entries in a comprehensible manner. Attend regular training/educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance. Consistently meet or exceed personal/team quality, productivity, and performance metrics. Ensure regular and punctual attendance as a critical requirement. Skills & Qualifications: Bi-Lingual (Spanish & English) required. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, collections, call center, or retail CSR roles. Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant, professional telephone etiquette with a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems, billing processes, and collections procedures. Strong accuracy in data entry and computer literacy (basic typing required). Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and performance targets.
