Genesis10 is currently looking for a Program Manager with Procurement for a 12-month contract for a client in Wayzata. Must work on site 3 days a week. Job Purpose and Impact: The Program Manager will lead and coordinate operational aspects of ongoing procurement and governance workstreams and will serve as a liaison among project management and planning, the project team, and leadership. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, effective stakeholder management, and a thorough understanding of procurement processes and enabling technologies. Key Accountabilities: Manage program timelines and deliverables Facilitate program meetings and ensure workstreams are effectively connected Identify and resolve obstacles to completing the project on time and to budget. Adhere to internal and external quality standards. Monitor and report on the status of projects, including cost, timing, and staffing. Coordinate and comply with the organization's change management framework. Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and resolve resource requirements. Implement budget tracking, demand and capacity models, and organize quarterly forecasting. Collaborate with teams to define, develop, and document Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Provide regular updates to leadership and steering committees. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and project standards. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complicated issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in procurement or finance transformation. Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and systems. Experience with ERP and procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa) preferred Compensation: Hourly W2 pay: $80.00 to $100.00/hour We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
