Now Hiring: Internal QMS Auditor Location: Camden, NJ (Will be required to travel to the following Client sites: Northampton, MA, Fall River, MA, Salt Lake City, UT, Hanover, MD, and Goleta, CA) Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7 AM - 4:45 PM Duration: 12 Month Full-Time Contract (with potential to hire) ️ What You’ll Do: As an Internal QMS Auditor your responsibilities will include: The purpose of this position is to add a sector level independent and experienced AS9100/ISO9001 lead internal auditor tasked with ensuring governance and compliance of the CHQ, IMS, IMS1 and Site Level Command Media suite of documents. This shall include (but is not limited to) the following activities: Develops audit plans and understands the specific issues to be evaluated. Conducts Business Systems and/or operational audits by examining and verifying operational processes and records and/or procedures of internal organizations to determine the reliability and effectiveness of internal control systems. Examines processes and/or records to ensure proper recording of procedures/transactions and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, agreements and policies in relation to Aerospace Standards, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Foreign Air Authority regulations, and internal corporate or site-specific policies and procedures. Designs and prepares reports of findings to management and makes recommendations for implementing controls where appropriate. May facilitate work and reporting to management of external auditors during on-site visits. ✅ What We’re Looking For: AS9100/AS9110 Lead Auditor certification Experience with AS9100/AS9110 ISO standard SAP Quality Management module Working well with a team. Well organized, resourceful, multi-tasker. Strong attention to detail. Experience with compliance relating to applicable regulations, policies and procedures Experience with obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating necessary processes documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc. Ability to consistently and accurately manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed, clear reports Ability to focus and follow-through to conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions Preferred: AS9100/AS9110 Lead Auditor certification preferred ASQ Quality certifications are a plus Experience extracting requirements from both Military and Commercial contracts. 4 years’ experience in root cause, corrective action determination and verification 4 years’ experience performing audits to AS9100/AS9110 or similar ISO standard Pay Range : $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
