Maintenance Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical company in the Wilson area who is hiring a Maintenance Manager with previous experience leading Maintenance teams in pharmaceutical and regulated industries. Responsibilities: Oversee the reliability, safety, and compliance of a highly regulated, pharmaceutical production facility. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment and systems run efficiently with minimal downtime. Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to support production and meet strict regulatory requirements. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality to ensure all systems comply with cGMP, FDA, and other industry standards. Manage budgets, vendors, and spare parts inventory to optimize resources. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, and operational performance. Adapt to evolving responsibilities as our company grows and production needs shift. Requirements: 10 plus years Maintenance leadership experience OR a Bachelors degree in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering field, etc. with 5 plus years maintenance management background. Proven leadership in maintenance management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of cGMP standards and regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience with utilities, process equipment, and facility systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across multiple departments. Strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day maintenance with long-term planning. Computer skills with CMMS, SAP, MS Office Suite Preferred: Background working with oral solid dose or pharmaceutical liquids equipment. PLC programming and controls background.
